The formula is super soft for easy application, but is strong enough to keep those pesky strays in place all day. Lastly, finish off with some brow powder to give the appearance of thicker, more distinct eyebrows. There is enough tack in the Eyebrow Styling Wax to hold brow powders beautifully all day.
