If you are not already acquainted with our business, we would like to introduce you to Norcostco’s Confirmation Service. When you order from us, you will find that all of our gowns are clean, pressed, bagged, labeled with each confirmand’s name, and on individual hangers. When returned we expect the gowns to be hung on the same hangers they were received on.
Your gowns will be reserved for you upon receipt of your order in our office. We fill on a first come, first served basis; it is advantageous to get your order form in as early as possible to ensure the availability of gowns for your Confirmation Sunday.
The rental price is $15.95 per gown per use. If paying for the gowns by check or credit card, payment must be made upon pick up or the day of delivery. Upon request, immediate metro area Norcostco can coordinate courier service delivery and pickup at the customers expense. Orders can be picked up at our location in Golden Valley or they can be shipped via UPS. If shipped an automatic return shipping label will be provided. Any associated shipping/Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. You may return gowns in other means but Norcostco must be informed of changes
Below you will find our order form and measurement form. Be sure to fill out the order form completely including your confirmand’s name, height with shoes on, and weight as well as form of payment, etc. If you are picking up the gowns please indicate the date you would like to do that. For your knowledge, we confirm all orders via email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please call to determine the status of your order.
