DAN SCHMOKER
BRANCH MANAGER
Dan holds a BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University and is so grateful he walked in the door of Norcostco Texas with a resume and a dream back in 2011. You may have seen him in commercials for Texas Tourism, Walmart, Dairy Queen, FedEx and Raising Canes or on stage at Shakespeare Dallas, Undermain or Uptown Players. He is proud to be helping schools, theatre companies and performance venues with their theatrical needs through Norcostco and is always excited to see and hear what our customers do with their supplies so make sure to catch him next time you’re in the Dallas store and show off!

ALI SCHONHOFF
COSTUME RENTAL MANAGER
Ali is very glad she decided to minor in theatrical costuming because she has been working with costumes professionally since graduating college in 2017. She has had the pleasure of working backstage at places like the Walt Disney World theme parks, onboard Norwegian Cruise Line ships, and with several renowned regional theatres across the US. She loves getting to put her historical costume knowledge to good use here at Norcostco and is always ready to help pick out a costume to bring your next character to life.
DURAN LUCIO
FLOOR MANAGER
Duran has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts from the University of North Texas, where he studied acting and costume construction. He's been with Norcostco since 2018, but took some years off to venture out to NYC where he had his Off-Brodway Directorial debut in 2023 with The Last Days of Judas Iscariot at Atlantic's Stage 2. His original show Forever and a Day also had its Off-Brodway premier in 2025 at UNDER St. Marks Theater. Duran is very excited to be working at Norcostco where he gets to combine his love of theatre and creativity, with his passion for helping others.
AUSTIN DIETER-CREWSELL
TECH SALES ASSOCIATE
Austin has been doing theatre for over 20 years from the community to professional level and earned a BFA in Technical Theatre with an emphasis in Stage Management and Lighting Design and a Minor in Performance from Santa Fe University of Art and Design. He was born and raised in North Texas and has an endless awe and appreciation for the robust theatre and entertainment scene here in DFW and all throughout Texas! After almost a decade working in educational theatre, he is thrilled to be the most recent addition to the Norcostco TX team and utilize his technical knowledge and experience to help bring all your production visions and dreams to life!

RAY BRATTON
OUTSIDE TECH SALES & PROJECT COORDINATOR
Ray earned his BFA in Theatre from Texas Christian University with a specialization in Lighting Design and Production. He joined Norcostco in 2016 as a Technical Sales Associate, became Technical Department Manager in 2018, and stepped into his current role as Project Manager in 2025. When not at Norcostco, Ray moonlights as a stagehand and designer for concerts, music videos, dance troupes, and various other projects. Ray enjoys the blend of creativity and technical problem-solving that stage-life brings and is especially proud of helping schools and performance venues create spaces where great productions can happen. He looks forward to sharing his passion for theatre technology and helping your venue and production capabilities evolve and grow.
KATE BARBER
TECH SALES & RENTAL MANAGER
Kate received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. While there she studied lighting design, sound, and costuming: ultimately focusing in on lighting design. She assistant light designed Vintage Hitchcock and light designed All Hail Hurricane Gordo, Tartuffe, and Silent Sky. Two years post-graduation she decided to move to DFW for more theatrical opportunity and has found a home here at Norcostco where she gets to work with theatrical equipment, meet new theatre people, and help her customers bring life to their productions!

DREW DANIELS
MAKEUP & RETAIL MANAGER
Drew Daniels graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Theatre with a Concentration in Performance and a minor in Anthropology. Her favorite professional accomplishment has been teaching and demonstrating SFX makeup at her alma mater. Drew is grateful for her opportunities to travel to conventions with Norcostco and share her creativity and love of makeup with others. She is eager and excited to help makeup artists, designers, performers, and Halloween enthusiasts craft their makeup looks!
DAVID STUBBS
PROJECT MANAGER
David spent 10 years as a Technical Director before being lured to this side of the industry as an inside sales associate. After gaining years of experience in that part of the business, Norcostco brought him on as the Project Manager for the Southwest. Currently in his 13th year in this role that combines outside sales, project management and troubleshooting for lighting, audio, stage curtains, rigging and staging, David continues to provide solutions to churches, schools, and event venues across the southern United States. He is excited about continued opportunities for growth with the expansion of the Projects Team.
