99% is for use as an activator for makeup products requiring it. Not for use as a disinfectant. However, it may be diluted to 70% for disinfectant purposes.
Dilution Instructions: measure seven parts of the 99% IPA and three parts of distilled water, into a container. Mix and use.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
Storage Conditions: Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from heat, sparks, flame and other sources of ignition (i.e., pilot lights, electric motors and static electricity). Keep in properly labeled containers. Store in accordance with the particular national regulations. Store in accordance with local regulations. Store locked up. Keep out of the reach of children.
