Based on the beloved movie, it’s a delightful tribute to Old Hollywood. Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are silent film stars, working with Cosmo Brown and studio head R.F. Simpson as the talkies take over. Newcomer Kathy Selden dubs Lina’s grating voice to save The Dueling Cavalier. Don and Kathy fall in love, but Lina tries to derail Kathy’s career. Including the iconic Singin’ in the Rain dance sequence, as well as All I Do, Make ‘Em Laugh, and Good Mornin’, the stage musical brings us back to the Roaring 20s and Hollywood glamour.
