• Norcostco is a national theatrical services and retail company with markets in Costume Rental, Equipment Rental, Makeup Sales, Technical Sales, and Technical Installation
• Norcostco is seeking an Inside Tech Rental Technician for our Minneapolis/Golden Valley Retail location

Responsibilities include:

1. Primary
1. Help Customers with Technical Rental Orders
2. Prepare and check in Tech Rental Orders
3. Maintain Equipment Repair Equipment
4. Fixture Customer Equipment
2. Secondary
1. Support Tech Department Order Picking receiving and Shipping
2. Support Costume Department Shipping and Break Down

Skills required:

1. Basic math and money skills
2. Basic technology skills including understanding of Microsoft products
3. Detail oriented mindset
4. Must be able to lift 60 lbs
5. Basic Phone conversation skills
6. Basic DMX and Entertainment Networking protocols
7. Read Schematics

 

Skills Desired

1. Understanding of Shipping Software’s

 

FT, Typical Shift day currently is 8-4:30 M-F with ability to adjust to employee needs.

 

Pay will start minimally $16.50/hr. Dependent on Qualifications
