Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our normal processing time is 1-2 business days. Our normal business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS. When you place an order, estimated delivery dates are based on the shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Some items may take longer to process depending on stock and availability.
- We ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS.
- Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.
- Certain products contain chemicals that are considered hazardous and must ship Ground Service due to Federal guidelines. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available.
- Shipment(s) may be separated and fulfilled from multiple locations
- Cold/Heat temperature acceptance: Some of our products can be ruined during extreme temperatures during transit. Norcostco shall not be responsible for product that has been ruined due to extreme temperatures during shipment.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us for authorization to return your item(s). You can return most items for a prompt refund or exchange. Some exclusions apply; see below for non-refundable items. Item(s) must be in original packaging and in new condition.
- For your protection makeup must be returned unopened within 10 days to receive a refund.
- Lamps: Are not returnable. Lamp may only be exchanged if damaged in shipping and Norcostco must be notified within 7 days of receipt of in order to exchange at no cost
- Sales of clearance and discontinued merchandise are final. Clearance items may be damaged, old, irregular, or may not be in original packaging.
Returns must include a copy of the sales order, invoice or packing slip. Please mail your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to:
