Designed for the most demanding dramatic lighting applications, RoscoLED Tape VariColor products deliver an amazing volume of high quality, full color-mixing illumination that can easily be customized for any project. RoscoLED Tape – VariColor is available in three different variants: RGB+WW with a 3000K white emitter, RGB+CW with a 6000K white emitter, and RGBA with an Amber emitter. Each 5m reel features plug-&-play connectivity and powerful, efficient light output that is designed for long-lasting illumination.
Featuring vibrant red, green and blue emitters, RoscoLED Tape VariColor products provide full-range color-mixing options. Available in three variants – RGB + Cool White, RGB + Warm White and RGB Amber – the VariColor range of RoscoLED Tape can produce virtually any color, tint or hue your project requires. Featuring white LEDs with a CRI of 93 and a TLCI value of 92, RoscoLED Tape VariColor also produces clean white light with superior color rendering.
Featuring a combination of SMD5050 color emitters and SMD2835 white emitters, each reel of the RGB+W RoscoLED Tape – VariColor produces 1,440 lumens/meter, while the RGBA RoscoLED – Tape VariColor reels, which feature dual-line SMD2835 emitters, produce 1250 lumens/meter! Thanks to their efficient output, reels of RoscoLED Tape – VariColor offer energy savings by providing 33 lumens/watt for the RGBA variant, and an unprecedented 63 lumens/watt for the RGB+W variant.
Each reel of RoscoLED Tape comes pre-configured with a multi-pin connector that is designed to quickly plug into our RoscoLED Control Boxes, Extension Cables and Splitters – no field-soldering required! A mating female connector with pigtails is included with every reel for connection to optional, stand-alone power and dimming controls.
Standard RoscoLED Tape has an IP43 rating. IP65 reels of RGB+W RoscoLED Tape - VariColor are also available by special order for outdoor installations. Reels of RoscoLED Tape - VariColor are field cut-able, with cut-points every 100mm - enabling completely customized installation.
Each reel of RoscoLED Tape - VariColor features a rugged, 2 oz. copper heat sink. The integrated copper enables efficient thermal management of the LED emitters, allowing them to run cooler and extend their lifespan. The thick copper base also minimizes potential for damage to the electronic circuits during handling and installation.
