In this life, you can be oh so smart, or oh so pleasant….I recommend pleasant. Mild-mannered Elwood P. Dowd and his best friend Harvey (a 6-foot tall white rabbit) spend their days being pleasant, especially at the local bars. Elwood’s sister Veta wants a better social status for her daughter Myrtle Mae, but she needs to have Elwood treated to end his delusions and be normal, at Dr. Chumley’s sanitarium.
